By taking on a service from Bots4business, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, in-person, or through any other means. METHODS OF DELIVERY All services, features, info, tools, software and downloads will be provided online, either via video, audio, webinar, download links, app, documents or a combination thereof.  It is required that you have a computer with internet access in order to access our products & services.  Bots4business will also use email to send you updates and may also contact you via telephone.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

You agree that all services, configuration methods, template downloads and any other unique strategies used for the creation of bot or bot components (flows, keywords, sequences, etc) are the property of Botsbusiness software’s and shall not be duplicated, replicated, copied, resold or redistributed in any way.  Violation of this will result in immediate termination of software and access to our Ai features without refund and Bots4business may prosecute to the full extent of the law.

PAYMENT POLICY

 All services & setup fee costs must be paid for in full upfront.  Should an unpaid balance due arise due to insufficient funds, credit card declines, or combination of payment methods, etc. this document then becomes a promissory note, a promise to pay any resulting balance within fifteen calendar days of this agreement, except in the case for which special terms have been agreed to. We will reach out to make sure you are still in path of success & want to assist you with your business goals. Monthly payments are deducted out of your nominated card 1 month in advance. If you change, lose or want to cancel those debits simply write to us with 14 day notice.

SATISFACTION COMMITMENT 

Bots4business wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase & our services.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will continue to work with you and provide appropriate resources to your satisfaction.  Since we cannot “take back” business advice, completed tasks or websites, all purchases are final. But in some instances, we are maybe able to sell your website off to someone else in your niche & offer you a partial refund if you decide to go out of business.  There will be no refunds given beyond the third day after execution of this agreement, unless local law provides for an alternate remedy.   MONTHLY PAYMENTS Each month we charge you a monthly fee of $149 Aud. This fee covers 7 day customer support, any advice or questions you may have about our services, features & strategies, trouble shooting, upgrade inquires & maintaining your virtual assistant service on autopilot & conversational. These payments start after 4 weeks of your website or conversational Ai going live, as we offer your first month free. You can however cancel your membership at any time by emailing us with 14 days notice. If you choose to cancel the virtual assistants & our features will no longer be available.   LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE

You hereby acknowledge that you are purchasing marketing & communication tools, training, downloadable materials and/or software only. You are not purchasing a franchise, security, business opportunity, affiliation, association, or seller-assisted marketing plan. We will not provide customers or provide services to market your business.  No additional support from Bots4business other than that expressly promised should be expected.

RESULTS VARY

No representation, expressed or implied, is made concerning your successful application of training, software or services purchased.  As with anything, your efforts, skill and persistence will affect your outcome with our programs.  You may have better results, worse results or no results at all.  You agree to hold Bot4business and its representatives harmless from all results or lack of results. It is up to you to take the necessary actions to achieve business success and we are here to assist you as much as possible.

INDEMNITY 

Bots4business does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice directly instead we connect you with one of our independent experts which have their own ABN & policies. They maybe hired as a contractor.

Bots4business specifically disclaims any liability for the use and/or application of its products and services.  You accept the program as is, and in the application of this program assumes all risk. Review of any applicable agreements by legal counsel is encouraged. You agree to bear full responsibility of your own activities providing Bots4business full indemnity including performance of software, apps and websites.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL 

Bots4business retains the right to refuse services to anyone who is disruptive to the normal flow of training or communications. Disruptions may include, but are not limited to disturbances, insults, slander, harassing behaviour, or soliciting other students.

Bots4business features include the following virtual assistant services, website development, email marketing, sms marketing, appointment setting, social media management, customer management, video production, online integrations, SEO, business advice & marketing advice. We are made of qualified experts fit for your needs & niche.

ASSOCIATIONS 

Bots4business is not officially endorsed by Facebook or ManyChat.  Facebook and ManyChat brands and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.  Bots4business is not in control of or liable for any changes to the function, access, practices or policies of either Facebook or ManyChat, or of any other recommended product or service.   RECOMMENDATIONS You may be exposed to additional products or services which may or may not be affiliated with Bots4business. At times Bots4business may be compensated by such companies.  It is recommended that you conduct your own research before purchasing any 3rd party product or service.

YOUR PRIVACY

 Bots4business will not sell or distributer your personal information (email, phone number, Facebook data, etc) in any way.  Bots4business does reserve the right to share your results in the form of a case study and any feedback provided to Bots4business may be used as marketing testimonials. Our software, tools & features are safe & secured.
